I'm Benjamin, a dedicated and experienced Airbnb & Vrbo host with a mission for creating unforgettable stays for my guests. Over the past few years, I've had the pleasure of hosting travelers from all over the world, and I'm proud to have earned Superhost status, a testament to my commitment to going the extra mile to make sure my guests feel at home.
I began my short-term rental journey with a simple goal: to pay the bills. What started as a necessity quickly turned into a passion as I discovered the joy of hosting and meeting new people from different cultures. Not only do I talk to my guests, but I also give them tours, if they wish to have one, of cultural hotspots in Brooklyn and NYC.

All of our cleaners have been screened by us, ensuring your property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
We screen guests as well, ensuring only high quality guests book with us. However, we will handle any disputes with guests should they arise. As a Superhost, we have dealt with a variety of guests so rest assured we handle each situation with professionalism and courtesy.
Revenue Management
We use data from different pricing tools to optimize the balance between nightly price and occupancy so you can increase your bottom line. Also we will create a complimentary website for your property, free of charge, if you join our team.
